Vibrating, trembling and shaking off is a corporal and espiritual millennial practice, it is utilized around the world by gurus, healers and shamans to awaken and heal the body and spirit.

In reality, all mammals do it. It is a natural mechanism that allows us to calm the nervous system, liberate tension and readjust our organism after facing a threat or a stress situation. Trembling is the easiest way to shake off accumulated stress in body and mind.

Today this practice is also known as TRE – tension/traume releasing exercise, and it is a form of effective therapy against anxiety, fatigue, stress, depression, among others. QiGong, Kundalini Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, use this practice to conduct us to relax the body and calm the mind, activate circulation and the lymph system, by helping the body to energize and release toxins.
